I'm sorry that we couldn't handle you're request, it's impossible for an starting business to get you an exchange from 3.5k$.
Paysafecard isn't the only possibility to exchange at our discord.
Doing the same trade with, nor without middleman, would've still be impossible for us since we are still little and starting out.
This doesn't allow us to go first in a trade since we can't take loans on trades.

It's not about the fact you aren't able to handle the large amounts. But it's how you do it and how you put it forward to your user.
Things like me having to ask about the miner fees. I asked you what you charge and you said 5%, but after me asking further we came to the conclusion you charge 5% + the miner fees. That is something you should just straight up answer or clarify when dealing with someone.
So I suggest you improve the way you deal and advertise yourself. Make this more professional and maybe you will have some optional, but not in the current situation.
