You're text is SOO plain, you need to add some effects to it to make it look more professional...
In you're thumbnails you barely did anything but gather 3 pics (unless you drew them which I highly doubt) put them with a certain color as a background and some plain text. Now what I recommend if you're going to do that take time reviewing tutorials on how to make text look better. I recommend MLab style GL!
