I would like to start this by saying all of this is my personal opinion. You are free to choose which hosting to use and my opinion should not give a bad image to hosting companies.
Sparked Hosting
So, if you're on a budget and the first hosting company you see is sparked. You will probably think it's the best for your money, right? Well, that's where you're wrong.
Sparked hosting offers 1gb of ram per $1, but the ram on the server is really low speed, and the CPU is only $55 on ebay which shows it's a really low-quality CPU and can't handle many players.
I have personally used sparked hosting and experienced lag when it was just me connected to the server.

Pebble Hosting
Pebble Hosting is a pretty good host if you're just getting into servers and want something simple and easy to use. They also offer the same as Sparked for cheaper on their Budget option but do have other options to use higher end components.

Apex Hosting
Apex Hosting is one I would avoid at all costs. It is extremely difficult to navigate around the web interface and finding the configs to edit is difficult because sometimes they don't even show up. The specs you get are the worst for the price, but it does come with a free domain for you to use.
It is also around $4.55 per GB of ram, which is a massive rip off for the speed you get.

Argon Hosting - by The Alex
Argon is my personal go to hosting, as they offer the best bang for your buck on all hosting. It's $2 per GB of ram, and each server comes with the latest Rysen CPU (Soon getting upgraded to the latest Intel i9) so you are ensured no lag when using their services. They also have the best support out of the hostings I have used, and they offer 99.9% uptime. If there is a downtime coming up, the host will email you a few days before and make sure your aware of it.
The owner is very friendly, and I had a good few conversations with him.
I would 100% recommend Argon to anyone who is looking for cheap, reliable hosting, or are just getting into servers.

I signed up for the free server with Realms just to see what It was like, and it was actually pretty good! The servers all come with a Ryzen 9 3900X processor no matter which plan you decide to go for, and they are all affordable prices for what you get.
The panel layout is easy to understand, and is similar to Bisect, this is great for people who are just getting into servers and need a hosting that is easy to navigate.
The only thing I would recommend for this hosting is to add more packages, as some servers may require more than 10gb of ram to run on. Apart from that, it's a great hosting!

Firstly, I noticed that the website is really slow and loading anything on it takes a while. I spent 5 minutes just trying to load the main page, this is an issue on their side as I could load every other webpage instantly.
The game hosting itself is fairly cheap, but the hardware is not the greatest using only an Intel Xeon. This will affect the users performance when trying to run a server, as a Xeon is more of a work processer rather than gaming. The panel is easy to navigate, and should be simple for new time users.
Overall I would say this host is good for basic servers such as SMP, running a server such as Skyblock or Factions will be pretty hard due to the processor.

My first impressions on Arcadia was that they have a really clean looking website, which is easy to navigate around. They have an onsite support place which is really good to see, as it provides users with quick and easy support.
Their game hosting is amazing, and has support for multiple games including Minecraft. This is always good to see as it gives users a wide choice of options, and isn't just bound to one game. I have listed their Specifications down below.
