Today Im re-selling a server I bought a week or so ago. However I have removed certain things off the server that Im using for my own. So do not worry, everything being sold in this thread is completely for you to own and I will not redistribute anything. I bought it for some of the plugins & builds. As I said, these plugins and builds that Im using myself are not anything provided in here.

It comes with the domain RevivedMC.com, it will cost you 10$ extra to get this domain transfered.. As a fee of 10$ is needed to transfer it OR It could be put up for FREE under your cloudflare if you're using that.

Its currently fully updated to 1.7/1.8 protocol and therefore you need to update all plugins by yourself (or I could do it for an additionally 10$)

I COULD if absolutely nessecerry put it on a test server for anything to have a look. But preferably not as the file is quite big and i dont have too much space on my dedi :3

Ive used a little part of the custom warzone, and modified it. So the part Ive used have been worldedited out and you shouldn't even notice

Custom Plugins:

Magic Staffs
The server also features a custom magic staffs plugin. Players can vote for RevivedTokens, and exchange them at /tokenshop for magic staffs. There are 4 staffs. I will now go through each one.
Fire
The fire staff makes a tornado of fire at the spot you chose, players got in it get set on fire, and they spin around in the air when they are in the tornado.
Water
The water staff fires a big cube of water (Around 4x4blocks in size) at the spot you chose. It inflicts damage upon hit.
Earth
The earth staff shoots a ton of dirt at the spot you chose. This is very good in PvP scenarios, where you can trap your enemy for a short amount of time before you can get to them. After 5 seconds, the dirt automatically disappears.
Air
The Air staff shoots a gust of wind at the spot. It is close range, and has about the same range as a sword. It inflicts lots of damage and the enemy shoots up into the air.

Custom Potions
RevivedMC also has custom potions!
Players can play with the following potions:
PvP
Gives Speed 2 and Strength 2
Turtle
Slowness (Just for fun )
Mining
Haste, and Night Vision


Bidding starts at 25$
Min bid increasment is 5$
BIN: 200$ - 190$ if you wont want the domain (as a domain transfer costs 10$)

I have been using this spawn for a long time on RevivedMC. When you bought the server, there were no questions asked about whether or not the spawn could be resold. The server that I sold to you was a setup that we were going to be giving to someone else who needed a quick spawn, so we let him use ours. When you came on and bought the setup, you never told us not to re-sell or anything. We have been using this spawn for a long time.

No you had asked if I also wanted a factions spawn you had just finished making for a client who was backing out. One of my staff members knew the client that was backing out, and we talked to him and he had told us reason why, and it wasn't anything bad (like being resold or used), so we continued with the deal, you never once said it was your spawn, going to be used as your spawn, or resold, I had asked about it and you said no.

(Everything they added, was exactly how it was in the screenies, none of there own work/thought was put into it..)

Then you asked me if I needed a faction spawn, since the buyer backed out after you made it, and that you would give me a good deal.

You setup my server full with files. I didn't have to add anything.

yes there is a difference in copying and inspiration, his was purely copying but with way less of the city built. He built a few Pillars and a wall, all copied exactly from the imgur album, and that was it.

This isn't about that though, did the new owner of RevivedMC know that he was buying a map that you had already resold probably multiple other times, not just to me?
Cause I didn't know when I was buying that, I even asked you.

The server files from that set up are not close at all to RevivedMC. That was a setup that I had made for someone, and when I offered to configure it for you, I meant change permissions to your rank names, etc.

Okay, well then I want a refund of 40$ for the spawn. As I asked you not to distribute etc etc for the spawn and you said you wouldn't when clearly the spawn has been redistributed.

I would like a refund also potrock, I can go find you the amount we agreed on for the map.

Ok, for one. Stabledemise. You stopped using the map a long time ago and have long since deleted it. I then redid the entire warzone and spawn area because I liked what I originally made. You will not get a refund because you used it and reset so therefore there is no need. And Riaz, we did not redistribute the spawn after our agreement in anyway. The spawn is not used anywhere else except on RevivedMC.

I was actually planning to use it, I bought it from you but haven't released my factions server yet as I was awaiting a few custom plugins, now that its coming about that this map was resold multiple times, I can't use it. I need something that was made for one person, like you told me it was. at the very least, you could give me a NEW factions spawn.

I still have the spawn, and it looks extremely similar to images he posted. nearly nothing changed.

And also, it was sold twice under the fact that you had reset your factions server.

Who reset there factions? I never used/released it. I bought it and set it up on my factions that hasn't been released yet. I never reset anything, still have the same map, always have, still planned on using it up till today.

You're saying, you sold me it, 2 other times, then to Riaz, and you never say anything to me about this after buying it first, then to him, and you can't give me a refund for it? I was the only buyer at the time, cause the other one backed out and you offered it to me like that. I only bought it cause you mention it and told me it wasn't being used or resold ect...

Haven't been watching? My factions server has been whitelisted, you couldn't have been...

I bought the spawn and put it up on my factions, then I was in the process of getting some custom plugins and advertising for the release of this server, which was going to be this week, but now I need a new spawn..

Yes, you aren't looking at my OP factions server are you? Which is completely different then the factions setup you sold me and I currently have on my whitelisted factions server.

Ill be fine if you refund about 40$ for the spawn itself, so I can continue selling the rest, or completely pay me back all the money I paid and you can then re-sell it if you would like. And I wouldn't be using anything from it.

Once you sold a build, even if there done using it. You should have no right redistributing it unless you have permission from the buyer. This was a very very unprofessional thing you guys did.
