RevolvePvP - Looking for staff!

Hi! Me and Destruct are the owners of a custom factions server! RevolvePvP is a custom server built from the ground up! It includes: A ELO Ranking System, Custom info plugin, Multiple Custom skripts, NCP's, Teams, Comp's, Giveaways. And that's just all that we have, Here's what we have coming soon! Quests, Custom Enchants, BOSSES! The staff that we have are really nice and we are looking for you! We do have a website however we are working on getting everything up. Age: 13, also please dont think that im immature just because of my age. Most people shrug me off because of my age and that bothers me a lot. I think that everyone should be given a fair chance, which of course depends on the situation.

Timezone: I live in the Central timezone.

Why do you want to be staff?: I love helping in the minecraft community, but I am not a staff member on any other server. And I want to get involved again. Being apart of servers is probably the best thing you can do in Minecraft. That is actually one of the reasons WHY I play Minecraft.

Why should we pick you?: I have previous experience as being a staff member on other servers, I was an admin on 2, owned my own server at one point, and mod once. When I owner my own server It was awesome, I chose when and how it was going to workout. The only problem was finding staff, and its hard to know who you can trust. I just want you to know that you can trust me, and that I understand what its like running a server.

How long have you been playing minecraft?: For about 4.3 Years. I have been playing factions for about 2.5 and the rest is just plain survival. I am pretty good at PvP and I own a YouTube account. I am just starting off on it by the way.

What is a staff members job?: To keep the server under control and to help out the players with any concerns and problems they may have. Every server has its own rules and responsibilities. So having staff helps the owner reduce some of the stress of owning a server. Staff are meant to be friendly, funny, helpful, and understanding people, and I believe that I am all of those things.

Why do you want to be staff?:
I am applying for this because I am willing to help out some servers that are in need of staff and I like to help out people who play on servers. I also like to keep servers peaceful with no fights or bad words to make the community child-friendly.

Why should we pick you?:
I thin you should pick me because I have had experience before in my friend's server but he stopped the server because he didn't have the funds to keep it. I also like to keep the community child-friendly and like to help out people who need help.
(I also know how to make apps for IOS apple) .

How long have you been playing Minecraft?:
I have been playing Minecraft since it first came out on May 17, 2009. I have played all the versions of Minecraft (PE, PS4/Xbox 1 and PC/Mac)

What is a staff members job?:
A staff member's job is to help with everything they can help with. They should be the one answering most of the questions, not the server administrator(s) and to help people, prevent people from breaking the rules, and trying to keep people having fun. To keep people having fun. They should try to connect with everyone, get to know the people who come on a lot, make friends, and most of all, have fun.
