Rich Text Editor Help

[Primal Power]

Ok so I am trying to post a thread on my new server's forum but when I go to use Rich Text Editor, all the options above like, Bold, Italicize,Underline, are gone. Can someone please help me change the color? I am think that they are the same color as the background so they are just faded. I can still use bold it just can't be picked up by the human eye. Thanks!
