Hes not paying
Your not going to get builders due to you not paying.
This is not a paid position currently, that might change in the future. Thought it would be worth asking for help

We've got a small team of builders that are volunteers, some people may be interested in building for quite a big project. It's not really necessary to say "You wont get builders" because no one knows unless we try. You seem to have some negative reputation for trashing threads but commenting unnecessary things like that have no relation to the thread.
We've hired builders in the past without pay but it was worth it when we got over 5000 unique players in the 2 months our server was up and running. We've got a team established but due to the size of our map and the amount of work a small team needs to do, we are hoping to recruit more.
