My network RiftHQ was open in late 2016 and early-mid 2017, as a practice and HCF network. The network grossed a small yet stable player-base of 120-200 with peaks of 300+. The network closed due to lack of proper management and disputes within the network's management team.

Please keep in mind that our network is nottypical. We do not promote people to admin after being staff for a short period of time, and our these ranks are not just glorified Moderator ranks. Administrator ranks are real administrators, with full access to a majority of commands the network utilizes.

Rift is currently in development and has hopes of releasing in 2 weeks or so. We have an extremely competent developer leading us (puttydotexe) and have our core team back. I'd also like to add that we have sufficient funding for this network to be successful.

The network is completely funded out of my pocket and is completely un pay-2-win with donations being disabled.

Administrative Roles & Information

Note: This is a paid position. You will not receive any sort of payment until the management team is sure that you are competent as well as active.

Administrative Duties:
  • Moderate in-game players & chat
  • Staff Management
    • Recruitment, Promo/Demotions, Organization, etc
  • Forums administration
  • Resolving donation issues
  • Dealing with media figures and YouTube deals
  • Maintaining network stability
Payment System

As stated above, payment will be given upon the confirmation that you are competent and active and able to do the types of jobs we need you to do.

Typical administrative payment will start at a certain percentage of network profits, after payment to creditors and liabilities as well as server costs are handled.

Requirements

You MUST be above 15 years of age. You must be competent, and able to do your job without babysitting. You are required to have a decent amount of past experience, within these game modes. You MUST be able to use discord and TeamSpeak, and have an active, working microphone. I will not make exceptions for any of these, so don’t ask - sorry.

A normal [Helper] or [Moderator] rank which is an non payed role.
Those are not of importance to me right now, I can worry about ranks like that when we release

Sorry for this Ryan. (Information for whoever's interested}

Not gonna be a devouch, but not a vouch in any way either.
I worked with Ryan on MiNiGA.ME and he really wasn't a great owner.

He did a lot of staff management and as a result, the staff team was awful. There are some rumors that he scammed someone $2,000, but I'm not going to elaborate, because I don't have proof.

Basically can be pretty rude at times as well, and overall not someone I would necessarily work with again.
