Job Description:
- Memorize server features,
- Read through staff documents,
- Answer player questions,
- Attend training meetings,
- Deal with minor player issues
Responsibilities:
- Chat management,
- Community engagements,
- Suggesting new features for the server,
- Overall, trying to impress your team leader in order to progress onto Mod,
- Attempting to learn the server's features off by heart.
