Because of the way my method works, when people go first, that funds their bitcoin exchange if you see what I mean, so it is a physical impossibility for me to go first when using my exchange method. Unless you're broke and don't have the money to fund transfers upfront yourself, there should be no reason you can't get the Bitcoin beforehand.

As I said, I am doing this without taking fees for now. I am gaining reputation. Once this service gets more popular, I will fund transfers upfront. Until then, I'll stick to my method. Its working fine for me at the moment.
