Hello! I've become aware recently that multiple people have been selling my servers logo and claiming it as their own. I'd just like to clear this up, as this is a huge headache and I'm trying to reestablish my server once again.

So back in 2017 me and Deleted User 24031 commissioned TotallyDrawn (now TotallyAnimated) for a drawing of my server art for an upcoming server I was making at the time, MiragePVP.
Proof (skype logs, ew gross): click here.

So really what I'm aiming for is for people such as Tropical. to stop claiming ownership, looking for valuation of my server art, and for them to understand that just owning the domain I used to own does not establish ownership over an entire brand. Imagine I buy the domain apple.boats, which is actually available by the way, that does NOT mean I own the rights to Apple.com's branding...

Extra proof of ownership:
Concept art #1 (server logo black and white)
Concept art #2 (colored with gems done)
Concept art #3 (full finished logo w background)
Concept art #4 (server icon)
Folder of complete files

Even the image in Tropical.'s post looks like he took my logo and just used the magic wand tool in photoshop...

Anyways, I'd just like any posts including my art to be removed that aren't mine, and for future posts by others to be removed. Thanks :D

I’d like to speak a little on the situation, it’s unfortunate things like this happen. I myself was actually sold the server miragepvp in early 2021 without any knowledge of there being an old owner or anything. I was just under the impression of it being an unreleased server with nice artwork and so I bought it. Unfortunate how things turned out but I hope things like this could stop happening.

I have taken down the posts, but again I would just like to say, I myself wasn't the one who took your art, I was just one to have bought it just like Inferno did above, the user who sold it to me.

It sucks it had to come to this. I tried to resolve it on discord, but you added me to a group chat and basically told me I was trying to scam people, which isn’t the case…I even showed you proof the artwork was mine. I get it‘s a tough situation, but again the artwork is mine and I’d like it not to be used anywhere except for things I own. :D

I think asking people for proof of ownership, maybe message logs from the artist, or concept art that isn’t found on google would be the best idea going forward to avoid this again.
