This kid wanted to buy an account off Stroke, he sent him the payment as an "echeque" [can cancelled at any time and you have to wait like 5 days to get your money] and Stroke 's paypal got limited so he cancelled the payment, now this kid is refusing to pay Stroke his money and is now saying that it's dazzle's fault that he cancelled the echeque.
