You're completely missing the point, you're essentially confirming what I'm saying. These stupid capitalist pricks have all the control and only care about themselves.
yes and that is business

Using a VPN will be quite easy.

It’s funny how so many people here don’t have the slightest clue what they’re talking about.

This will not affect most of us in the near future.

Remember, net neutrality wasn’t put into effect until 2015 and you didn’t have to pay for shit before that.

Everybody saying you’re going to have to pay extra for certain sites are wrong and don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about.

What’s going to happen is that large businesses are going to partner up with certain ISPs to offer a fast lane to customers of a certain ISP, if anything.

But then again, the repealment of NN isn’t forcing these things to happen, it’s just giving them the option to.

Y’all are funny.

Exactly what I've been thinking. Everything was fine pre-2015 before net neutrality was implemented. But now that it's repealed, people are freaking out because they think ISPs will do what they didn't do before net neutrality. If net neutrality had always been a thing, I would understand. But 2 years? It's not the end of the world if a regulation that only existed for such a short period of time relative to the existence of the internet was repealed.

I'm not against net neutrality, but I don't see the need to freak out for absolutely no reason. Just seems like a lot of people did 0 personal research/looking into both sides and are parroting what social media told them.

Lol Hosting companies won't do this. I can guarantee you that. The moment hosting companies start selective throttling they will lose business. Next alternative would be to host you server from Canada :D
i am sure its not like that but anyways if someones very experienced on this i would love his input
I read it in an article about this topic; I'm not really experienced in this line of work or intelligence. That, or I just explained it wrong. (I'm bad at English)
so if a Canadian were to go onto a website thats hosted in the US,its going to lag?
Maybe. It really depends what they plan to do on their site. I don't know much about it but I know a bit about gateways and website hosting.

Net Neutrality has yet to even take affect. We still have congress who has to pass this, quit your high horses and hope Congress will be smart enough to not repeal it.
