I would pretty much solo the website, Shortninja and myself would work together on the server side application, you would help with that I guess.

You'd need decent knowledge of the Java language, and some background knowledge on using MongoDB (and perhaps Redis) would help but isn't necessary.

Mainly know SQL and Java, but I don't know much MongoDB.
