Wells Fargo is terrible when it comes to fees.

If you call Wells Fargo and tell them that you want to turn on 'overdraft protection' and it will essentially make it so that it's literally impossible to spend more than you have and getting that $50 fee.

Instead what will happen is the transaction will just say 'denied' and your card wont be accepted. It sucks when you scan your card somewhere in public and it says denied but at least it's better than a hefty fee!

Did you explain to your parents that you were just unable to transfer enough funds from your savings to your checking? That would have likely calmed them down.

They warned me that there were limited transactions. I was everso slightly reckless. It’s deserved most definetely.
