He hacked someones paypal and sent $150 to himself which got him banned

Avsterbone basically compromised the paypal of someone who had scammed him, and admitted to it.
While it is an understandble act in itself, it's also both incredibly stupid and very much illegal. It's likely going to end with his paypal permanently closed and his bank account banned from paypal.
If he's lucky, anyway. If he's not lucky, he might get arrested. Depends on his country's local laws.
