Hello, my name is RipJawz, otherwise known as RipJawzzz on MCM. I’ve been managing Minecraft Networks since 2013 when I first started by opening my own server.
~ Q&A ~
Q: Why are you doing this for free? Why aren't you asking for any pay?
A: Well, although a small salary would be appreciated, Managing is a hobby of mine and my pay is the enjoyment I get out of it
Q: How big of a player base are you looking for?
A: To be honest, I am a very flexible guy. I don't mind if the server has 1,000 players or if it's still under development. As long as the Owner is professional and I enjoy working for the server, I am perfectly okay with it. Although, I am hope to work with servers who have a somewhat fixed player base (At least 15-20 players)
Q: How can I contact you?
A: My contact information is listed at the bottom of the page.
Q: Which method of contact is best for you?
A: I mostly prefer Skype, but discord is also alright with me. The worst method for contact is most likely my email. So if you are looking for a quick response, my email wouldn't be preffered
Q: What type of servers do you work best with?
A: I work best with Skyblock, Prison, Factions (Somewhat) and any Minigame Network/Server. As I stated earlier, I am flexible, but PvP just isn't necessarily my forte. Although, if I am very interested in your Network/Server and it is PvP related, I will still work with you.
~ About Me ~
My name is RipJawz (call me Rohan) and I am a 14 year old boy. If I am not playing minecraft, I am most likely outdoors playing sports like Tennis, Soccer, Cross Country or Basketball. Although I have played Soccer for 9 years (competitively for 3 years), I am pursuing tennis as my main sport. Along with sports, I also love listening to Rap music. Who knows, I may just be the biggest rap fan you will ever meet. For the curious ones out there, my favorite rapper is Lil Uzi Vert

Arkham Network | Moderator | Staff for 4 Months | Averaged 1,000+ players at the time I was staff | If you know me, you’d know that I am an Ex-Moderator on Arkham Network. I got promoted to Helper on October 1st of 2016 and got promoted to Moderator on November 12th of 2016. Unfortunately, on December 26th, 2016, I was demoted because of a silly joke I made which was a big mistake, and I learned from it. To prove that I learned from my mistake, I was given the opportunity to come back as a Trial on January 8th, but I had to resign on February 1st because I needed to focus more on school.

Staff Applications Sub-Team - One of the first sub-teams that I joined was the staff applications team. Within this team (Managed by Jaii), my job was to simply give my feedback on applications that were in the system. This was a collaborative effort as a bunch of us members of the team helped each other and asked each other for any opinions
Drift Sub-Team - Drift is a live support option on the forums that is managed by the members in the team. My job was pretty self explanatory. I simply replied to anyone with any queries with detailed and reliable answers
Event Sub-Team - Within this team, I wasn't able to do much as the team was discontinued shortly after I joined, but I did input some event ideas that were taken into consideration
Revamp Sub-Team (Prison Revamp) - My job for this team was to create a very neat and detailed document filled with suggestions for the new prison. These suggestions included a variety of things such as a new economy, new enchants, new cosmetics, and much more. Although myself and a former Administrator spent countless hours on it, only one of our ideas was actually added to the server. I was very infuriated by this but it was expected due to the fact that the Developer was very slow. Although Prison was the main game mode I worked on, I also helped a former Helper/Undercover Admin come up with new game modes and custom ad-dons to games like UHC and GTA.
Mentor Sub-Team - This was probably the biggest and most important job I held at Arkham. My job was to mentor any new Trials/Helpers. To do this, I taught them how to upload a ban proof, the rules and even a provided a full document that I made myself (Document is confidential due to the fact that it contains the current Arkham Network staff handbook).
Forums Support Sub-Team - This team consisted of a very few amount of staff members, but we still managed to keep it alive. My job was to reply and assist anyone who was in need of support (Replied to the threads under the "Support" section on the forums). This team was discontinued after I left but it was still very fun to help around

Good-Gaming MC | Helper | Staff for 1 Month | Averaged 300+ players at the time I was staff | I actually got staff on GGMC a day before I got staff on Arkham. I was staff on both Arkham and GGMC at the same time for around a month, and during that month I had to make a decision. Which server will I focus on? As you can probably tell, I chose Arkham, because it had a bigger player base.
Due to the fact that I spent a very little amount of time on the server, the only job I had was to simply Moderate the In-Game chat.
Enchanted Network | Admin/Head-Admin | Staff for 3 Months | Averaged 20+ players at the time I was staff | Before the server even opened, I was offered this position by one of my good friends. The staff team consisted of a few Ex-Arkham staff members as well as some pretty talented and professional players. This is the first staff experience I had that actually helped me gain more knowledge regarding moderating a community. Unfortunately, the Owner left and a new one came in. I resigned because I was always in disagreement with this Owner’s decisions.

I don’t have much to say about this server besides the fact that this also shut down because of financial reasons
