My name is Ocualin and I am the acting manager for Ripstream. Ripstream is currently looking for experienced, professional, and mature staff members to further improve player satisfaction.

- At least 14
- Has working Microphone
- Has prior experience
- Comfortable working with others
- If you are applying for Administrator or Platform Administrator, you must have a resume.

So this "Head-Helper" position would be more on helping new players coming into the staff team, this specific staff member will run through the rules, protocols, ect with the new helpers.

Not staff manager, more like a staff welcomer. Head-Helper is below Mod. The only thing the Head Helper would have over the regular helper is welcoming the new staff in.

what is the point of that, legit I think any staff member can welcome new staff. Ok anyways

The hopes for the server, payment wise are for everyone Administrator and above to be paid. Though this can only happen if the server were to gain traction and we receive enough money to afford hosting and other server related necessities.
