Hello! Im SkullyMC and the founder/owner of RipTideMC, as we are going to alpha release of the server, we are requesting staff members and as also beta testers. Managers: Managers are the highest Staff members beneath our Management team. They are given many responsibilities and are included in Management/Ownership discussions, decisions, and plans. Administrators are expected to lead by example and oversee activity throughout the Staff team.
Moderators: We are looking for Moderators to be a role-model among the rest of our Staff team. They will be in charge of overseeing Helpers , as well as conducting Screensharing Tutorials to Staff-in-training.
Helpers: In our opinion, Helpers are the backbone of any Minecraft server. They are expected to interact daily with the community, both in-game and via Discord. Helpers consist of members of the community who are dedicated to Staffing but cannot fulfill higher-staff requirements.
