Rivrs is a UGC Games studio specialized in creating and operating multiplayer Minecraft servers played by hundreds of thousands of players worldwide.
We are currently developing several ambitious projects around gaming and organic content, with a strong focus on growth through TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
To support this growth, we are looking for one or multiple FULL-TIME Marketing Video Artists to create and manage content channels in different languages to promote our Minecraft servers.
Responsibilities:
• Produce at least 1 short-form video per day (15s to 60s)
• Turn Minecraft gameplay into highly engaging, native TikTok / Shorts content
• Create strong hooks that instantly grab attention
• Test different concepts, analyze performance (views, retention, CTR, etc.), and iterate quickly
• Help build a real “creative factory” capable of generating millions of organic views
Requirements:
• Strong short-form editing skills (TikTok / Shorts / Reels)
• Good understanding of viral content and retention mechanics
• Fast, autonomous, and able to produce high-volume, high-quality content
• Meeting deadlines is EXTREMELY important → we’re looking for reliable people we can build with long-term
• Minecraft / gaming knowledge is a big plus
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent software
• English understanding is appreciated (international content)
Compensation:
• Fixed monthly salary between $1.5k–$2k
• + performance-based bonuses depending on channel results
