RIVRS is looking for someone to help us manage and scale our collaborations with creators and influencers across the Minecraft ecosystem. Your mission: Take the lead on our creator relationships, from scouting talent and negotiating deals to validating deliverables and tracking performance. We need someone who:
Speaks fluent English
Knows the Minecraft content landscape (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok)
Has a sharp marketing mind
Is organized, professional, and proactive
Communicates smoothly with both creators and internal teams
Our goal: Build a powerhouse network of passionate creators who align with our projects. You’ll work on projects like EpicWorld, ChunkLock with real budgets. What you'll do: Identify and connect with top-tier Minecraft creators Spot promising talent Negotiate and formalize partnerships Track deliverables and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Work closely with our marketing and server teams to align strategy Help shape creative campaigns that actually bring players
