Rock Paper Scissors - 1.8

Need a RPS plugin (Spigot) MC versions 1.8-1.7 compatible.
Looking to spend $5.00 + rep for time spent depending if good plugin
(Don't need it privately so it can be resold)

What I would LIKE for it to have/look like/say/sound like:

/Rps - Opens a GUI of all of the current matches (Right click to join, hover to see amount that game is worth and it will say if you have enough money or not by showing the money the match is worth VS your balance under it, Example:
RPS - Cleora
Worth: 100,000
Balance: 50,000
(In this case you wouldn't have enough money to do it)

/Rps 100,000 - Makes a new GUI with 3 options, Stone. Paper and Shears.
You choose 1 of the 3 options and it will add your game to the queue/match (/Rps)

Cleora:scissors has WON a RPS match against Username123:rock worth 100,000!
-This is what it will announce in game chat, publicly, for when any user does a rps
match worth over 15,000.00. (15k)
-Winners name will ALWAYS be first above the losers name
-ONLY after the game ends and it's either a tie, win or lose, it will show the other user what 1 out of the 3 options you chose beside your username (Cleora:scissors)

Cleora:rock has TIED in an RPS match against Username123:rock worth 100,000!
-This is what will be announced in game chat, publicly, for when BOTH users pick the
same option AND HAS to be worth over 15,000.00 (15k)
-Both users will be given ALL their money back (Without taxes) ONLY when tied

/Rps cancel -This will bring up a small GUI asking if you're sure you want to cancel the rps match you have up in queue worth (amount) and either click yes, or no (no to cancel the cancelling of the match) (The sound of it canceling will be of a zombie villager turning into villager) (The sound of it accepting will be an anvil sound when its dropped from a hight)

Other:
-Chances for all ranking members stay the same: No in game ranks such as staff will give you a better % at winning
-Tying, winning and losing must be equal % (50/50/50)
-In the case of users tying, it wont matter which username comes first when announced (if rps match is over 15k)
-After entering a match it will count down (By doing dings from a note block) from 3, to 2, to 1. Then it will roll between your skull and the other user your doing a rps match with's skull following after pasted dings as both the heads pass by fast. The head rolling to decide who wins will take up to 7 secs not including the 3 sec countdown at the start.
-At ANY time of joining a rps match, you can hit esc and exit out of the match BUT it wont cancel the match, it will remove the GUI and will be able to tell if you win, lose or tie by looking in chat/having your in game sounds on (This is so if you get in combat/are fighting, you can fight back or do other things while the game happens in the background)
-You will NOT get an advantage (% wise) if you log out while in a match and you will not lose your money (The game will keep going) unless you lose.
-You CANNOT do rps matches under 15,000.00 (15k)

Sound effects:
-Winner gets a happy villager (Uh huh!) sound
-Loser gets a upset grown sound of a villager
-Tying makes a being-used anvil sound (When you use something in a anvil and then take it out, making the being-used sound I want)

Yes, I have looked for rps plugins. (Spigot not bukkit)
1. They are outdated and or broken. 2. They don't work. 3. Not what I'm wanting.

As of right now I'm going to bed, and would like this done asap. (7 days max/1week)
So message me if you're willing to do it, start on it right away, send screenshots of
progress and if you finish fast, send me the download.

My TOS: Must add me on discord. Must send proof of making the plugin yourself. I will only pay 1 user. So if you're willing to start right away I would comment on the post that you have added me and let others know you're making it already. If you add a backdoor or try to corrupt the plugin in any ways, I will make a report on it.

I will also let you know of any changes that need to be done/added and if there is any bugs. Like said, I don't need it privately so it can be resold to the public if they want the plugin as well.
