Hello MC-Market server owners, I am now requesting my position to open servers. I am a general staff manager that can arrange from hcf all the way to creative/skyblock staff managing. Here are some of the jobs I would have as a staff manager

• Promoting/Demoting staff
• Watching over staff and make sure they are doing their job correctly.
• Deal with mistakes that may (or may not) lead to a strike
• Accepting new applicants
• Looking at applications

Past experiences as staffing:

ViperMC - Moderator+ (Resign) -> proof




ViperMC at its peak hit around 2.1 thousand players. I resigned earlier this month due to toxicity being thrown around the staff team that I couldn't take my eye off of.
FaithfulMC - Helper (Resign)
FaithfulMC, has his the same amount at around 2.5k players. I resigned due to lack of coordination within the owner KillaMC
ArsonPvP - Administrator (Demoted)
ArsonPvP was a 1k constant server back in 2016, I was inactive for 2 months due to family issues.
CentileHCF - Senior Mod (Server shut down)
Centile on its release had 1000 players, but later was ETB'd by custom, the server went down.

Do you have any proof that you were staff on any of these servers if so, I'd recommend adding it to the thread!

I added the proof of ViperMC, however unfortunately I dont have proof for other servers, as it was 2+ years ago
