I'm not fully sure about the details yet but I'm in the midst of making a roleplay server and thought why not be original.

I'm unsure of how large the map will be so I'm up for talk!

The theme is Berlin, Germany
It's a roleplay server
I'm looking for a city themed map / builds
May I also note you don't need a variety type per build, example the houses, we can work with 4-5 different types, if you get what I mean.
(I'm not to sure on what the scaling is, but the height of the interiors have to be at least 4-5 blocks tall, I can show examples of what I mean in DMS!)

I'll list a few things that'll be included but not limited to;
Full road system (of course)
Side-walks
Parking-Lots
Apartment blocks (2/3 different types)
House blocks (rows of housing, like 7 houses in a row in multiple areas)
Tower blocks (different heights / sizes, more info in dms)
E-State blocks (Places for people to buy land, we'll do 5 areas)
Alleyways (with some detail)
Shopping district (Variety of shops, not sure on how to go about this, so we'll talk about it)
Police Station + Hospital
Variety of parks spread around / forest areas
Lakes / An ocean (I'm pretty sure berlin doesn't have an ocean themselves, so we can just work with a large lake or something of the sort)
Subway system (Doesn't need to be super detailed)
Bus Stops around the city
Sewer system (Large enough for players to go in and explore and use for 'criminal' roleplay)
