Romance Story Ideas!

Hello Mc-Market,

So I recently found out about an English Competition that my English teacher is forcing me to enter in. The issue that I am currently confronted with is that the genre of the story is romance with a twist (any twist) and I have never written a romance story that comes with a purpose, so I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me come up with some ideas for this competition.

Hm, I'm just gonna give an idea I'm thinking of on the spot. No idea how it would fully work, but ima still go on.

A man and the woman fall helplessly in love, twist = one of them has some weird ass fetish the partner did not know about until now, but whatever it is is up to you.
Idk, sounds weird af but ye

I don't think my teacher will be impressed if I have a story about fetishes.
