Hello!

A little bit about myself?:
Ive had a pretty interesting life. Im 15, I live in Montreal. I know 3 languages (English, French, Crayol). I was born in Florida, moved around to NYC, Vancouver, the Bahamas, Haiti, and a good mix of places. I also play for the MLS Junior Impact as a goalkeeper. In all of this, I have always found my love for minecraft, I have played since 2012. I started off on minecraft-server-list looking around and applying for moderator the old fashion way. Book in the hopper. (For those of you who know what I mean, that will bring a flashback...

Why am I a good fit?:
Among my eventful life, I have always loved and been very passionate for the game. When I am on a project, I work my arse off to get above and beyond of other people. I don't do this for personal benefit, or money. I work hard for pride, and to be better. If you take this aspect into life, you will drastically improve yourself.

I have had experience with the game, and I know what it takes to be successful. You can find one of my current projects ->>>>> (mcm won't let me post it pm for more info)

I am great for servers with a tight budget, as I find creative ways to find cheap advertisements among other things. Ive always been good with people, and make a great fit for community and event related projects. I also refuse payment at first. I don't believe in accepting payment unless I have done a good job. I only accept payment once donations roll in, that indicates you have done a good job and deserve a reward. (This is just an opinion).

Without a huge experience resume, how do you expect to be a good manager?
I have always known what it takes, I pay attention and listen carefully to how projects work. I have had multiple projects and never found it necessary to make a mcm account until now. I am an extremely hard worker because I take pride in things (as mentioned before).

Personally, I agree with your philosophy to an extent, but don't allow it to misguide you in the aspect of not knowing your self-worth. If you are good at what you do, put a price tag on it, never allow anyone to exploit your worth by making you work free or even worse work for "exposure".

But I also generally don't see the point in being paid for a) playing video games b) helping video game (servers) develop. It's a opinion as some people who do this as a part-time job need it for bills and other important things. If I were older I would charge. But for me it's a hobby and the work is enjoyable so the monetary prize doesn't attract me. Obviously if a server handed me money for the work I have been doing, I would gladly accept.

I understand where you are coming from for the payments after, but it is very risky. I usually put out there I work paid first, but I always make sure I can work for someone for free if needed. It is just risky. But this is an amazing thread! I hope everything goes well
