Hello, everyone! My name is Sam and I am the Operations Manager of Root Layer Technologies. We are a hosting company that has been in operation since 2013 and we currently offer Minecraft Server Hosting, Game Server Hosting, Web Hosting, and Voice Server Hosting. We are currently hiring some new Game Server and Web Hosting technicians. The available positions and position information is listed below.

Available Positions:

- Web Hosting Technician (1 Spot Available)
- Sales Representative (3 Slots Available)
- Sales Manager (Please contact me via Email or Skype for details)
- Support Manager (Please contact me via Email or Skype for details)
Please note that you must have at least 1 reference if you are applying for Sales Manager or Support Manager.

Job Description:

You will be in charge of answering our clients support tickets, and live chat inquiries. We have implemented a 3 Tier support system, and you will be working Tier 1 (Lowest Tier), or Tier 2 (Middle Tier) depending on your skill level.

Job Requirements:

All applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must speak fluent English
- You must exhibit proper grammar when typing
- Must be at least 15 years old
- You must have a resume or CV
- Have a typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (preferred but not required)
- Have experience with WHMCS (preferred but not required)
- Must have experience with game servers that are not Minecraft servers (Game Server Tech only)
