This is the job description for Human Resources;

Human Resources also known as HR will be handling all issues or concerns any of the clients may have in regards to the quality of the services we provide or to deal with any complaints our clients may have. Your job would to be also inform me about the employee's and how they're working, this will not be a secretive thing and the employees will be aware of this.
