RoyalRealms is a 1.17 native survival server 1.18 Compatible server that was founded in September 2021. In the month of October we purchased an ad for 15 days that gained us over 30 players with minimal issues throughout our release phase. Leading up to this we focused purely on organic growth filing out any issues that could have come up.
We are now a fully Established survival server with a complete robust setup. This includes gameplay features such as jobs, a rankup feature accompanied by a free and premium battlepass.
Where are we now?
During November there has been a decrease in players and due to IRL commitments from ownership, the server has been on a slight decline. This is not an issue as we still have a wonderful community that continues to support the server! This is why we are seeking a competent manager who can continue the growth of the network and we can reach the full potential between the dedication of the management and ownership!
What are we looking for?
To put it simply, we’re looking for a manager who is motivated and competent to bring the network to a good standard once again and hold it there. We need an individual who is able to work on the network with our staff team to provide a good experience for our player base. This manager will hold the following responsibilities:
Staff Management
Community engagement (events, feedback, suggestions, etc)
Reporting back to ownership about any issues that need to be resolved
Working with the development team for suggestions, bugs, and new content
Providing insight with the ownership about ways we can expand our network (different media, marketing, and content)
Monetization management (updating Tebex, working with developers on new crates and monetization strategies, and communicating with ownership about financial management)
