Hello everyone, My name is Dean Hawley but please, through this community call me by either my first name, or my in game name Deanico. As many will be able to guess, this post was made to start opening the gates of my soon-to-be luxurious network. It is a 1.8 and up server, consisting of a brand new factions experience, prison, and pvp. I have been working on this project solo for the past month and a half now. I have put a lot of time and effort into developing an unique server, and have quite a show to put on. With that said, I can't do it alone and before I start my mass media that will bring along helpers and mods, I would like a few reliable co-workers I can rely on. I made RoyaltyCraft because I felt that servers I played as a child never fully satisfied my needs as I always felt that they could do more. I have been in the management seen before, and have owned my fair share of strong player-based servers. Therefore, I am confident that this time around, I will create the next big hit. Something that will last for a while to come, and to create a healthy community where people can come and share their new experiences together. I will post a picture of the current staff hierarchy although it is currently going through changes so please do excuse any different details. I know it has been a long introduction, but lets get down to the good part. Most of the management and lead roles will receive compensation, although this may most likely be through contractual methods to ensure long term employees & trust. Pay will be discussed and determined by the individual party and myself after I have evaluated and determined that they are a good fit for the sever. So, for those of you looking for a straight-up pay to start working depending on your resume, this isn't the place for you. I'm looking for enthusiastic workers who would jump at an amazing opportunity as so for the enjoyment of it, with the compensation on the side.
