Who am i:
I'm a owner of 5 Naruto Servers, they're all shutdown now. I was also one of the first to use MagicSpells for Naruto servers (i think). I'm self taught and have over 2 and a half years of experience with the plugin.

The Prices will be depending on how hard/advanced the Spell/ability you want me to create is. But they won't be that much unless i need to use java coding aswell.
