Hey, I'm looking for someone or their team to make me a really high quality RPG Survival server,
It needs a Quest Plugin preferably this http://bit.ly/2nBxMNA,
It needs a dungeon plugin, fully customizable in-game, and Custom Bosses
It needs a spell type plugin, fully customizable
Some sort of wand plugin or staff something like that
Custom enchants and lore
Npc or gui shop
6 Donor Ranks, member ranks obtained by time played
Player classes
Custom Crafting gui
Etc. Just everything a great RPG game that you could sink 100's or 1000's of hours into

I don't really have a budget I just wanna know a price range of the cost
