RPG War Plugin

So basically i am looking for someone to make me a plugin that will use Worldedit to Choose the positions, and then i can create a Team/Side/Guild/Territory, basically a nation for certain players with the permissions, That will be used to have nations attack others.

For example, 4 Nations attack each other with their own build. They can destroy each other with the start of a command, a Bar will display at the top of which Nation is lowest on Health from being destroyed or attacked, and then after a winner(nation) is declared, The area of the Nations are not able to be broken into again.

Its mostly a minigame kind of, Team Vs. Team Vs. Team Vs. Team, Nations have Health, And Health decreases by getting kills on that nation they are a part of.
