This just decreases the message quality of the shoutbox.

I like to look thru the ads, because normally it's the more popular people I can trust w/o going thru pages of forums. It's kinda a perk of being premium, you know?

I don't think this should be banned at all. It's like a prison server, people spam the shit out of the chat spamming their plots. They need to advertise it, they could just look around for the proper places, but they need to show better deals.

Also, with that one minute chat delay, it should be fine. Maybe a maximum of advertising links to 3 if it's really that bad. But denying it overall is completely a bad idea.
