I disagree with a cooldown because it is not generally authorized to even advertise beliefs on shoutbox concerning that people purchase premium for the fact of rankage, not spam. It should be permanently terminated due to it being hosted on this site just for a place where people could converse as a paid group. No one paid to be spammed, no one should be spammed. With advertising in shoutbox being banned no one will have motive for attempting to destroy the templated basis and structure in the foundation of how MC-Market was designed. I know for a fact the admins could not deal with Donators chargingback due to major 'bs', and I would hate to see Premium members do so due to them being banned or dealt with unresponsively. It is not a right to advertise, it is a privilege, some organizations fail due to lack of advertisement or advertisement on wrong spots (which contains this situation currently). MC-Market is a community which allows you to make signatures with a limited amount of space to put their advertisements such as for servers and organizations or just a brief discussion about what they can do and why to contact them. MC-Market also offers on its main page for people to buy advertisements and to disobey that is completely non-logical and should be stopped immediately.

For a fix, I say with the new Writer Applications package in the bottom of Support for those who wish to apply for MC-Market staff include a section labeled ShoutBox staff and the requirements will be high priority suggesting applying an automatic fix will most probably be fatal.

I think that there should be a limit of one advertisement per half an hour.
