Clarify officially rules surrounding URLs. Pertaining to selling, appropriateness, etc.
I know Mick's said anyone caught abusing it will have the permission stripped, but like come on this is obnoxious...

When they added this they 100% knew people would snipe good URL'S with intent to sell so I don't think they see an issue with it.

Why does it matter to you if someone wants to pay another user for /discord
