Rules tab

Hello,

I've come up with another idea. We were discussing in the shout box that the rules page was really hard to find for some users because it's in the wiki. My suggestion is to have a rules tab in the navbar along with members, recourses, etc.

Let me know your opinions about this.

Inspect Element, put it into Notepad++or any other editor
Add another navigation tab called "Rules" then save it. Open it onto your browser, then take a screenshot. Post it.. Bam, you're now a hacker.
