Runescape leveling plugin

Hello,

If come to you guys with a question and hopefully someone can fill this dream.
I'm searching for a plugin maker who is able to recreate leveling in minecraft.
What do i mean ?
For the people who know runescape you can train combat, agility, prayer, firemaking and so on and on.

Im looking for a plugin that could do that lets say:
Mining: You need level 10 mining to use a iron pickaxe and you can then mine like tin ore

Woodcutting: By clicking a tree it will chop the tree down and it respawns and you get xp out of it etc

Slayer: You have to select a task and then go to the mobs slay them for combat and slayer xp
Firemaking: Burning logs


Prayer: you can bury bones and imbued them to get more xp

Farming: Lets say at lvl 1 you have to get carrots in a field and at lvl 10 you can take other things

Agility: each parkour lap you finish you will get xp

Hello, i am fanboy about Runescape, and i play alot it (OSRS), so, you can do this in method free, using McMMO, but you will need configure that for your like. And if you are looking for a exactly gamemode of replica OSRS/RS3 in standalone plugin, this can be overpriced, because you will need everything custom, like texture packs, to show the icons of RS, etc...
