Runescape Wilderness Cost!

I was thinking about creating a server based on the wilderness from Runescape (2007 version). I was just wondering how much it would cost to make from the barrier you jump over to the water at the end at a 1:1 scale (don't include the bits that branch off from the wilderness).

Well the terrain would be fine because most of it is terrain apart from the ruined buildings

My guess is that you need a 4kx4k or 3k x 3k map, so, anywhere between 40$ and 70$ for the terrain.

Wow, your builds are awesome! I just wanted to say that the map is pretty flat apart from some hills and the small outside mountains

Well, then that's sort of like HCF. So, then:
3k x 3k $25
4k x 4k $30
