To be frank, I am requesting an interested investor or partner to help fund my rust project.
Introduction
My name is Chris", I am twenty-three years old and I have been involved in the private server industry for over a decade. I currently live in Canada. I hold a certificate in Law Enforcement from the Justice Institute in my local area. I currently attend University for business & other general studies.
Experience
The majority of my experience comes from my past successful Minecraft server ownership. I moved into Rust from Minecraft about a year in a half ago. Minecraft multiplayer became too saturated with over a million servers and counting to compete with. The industry was plagued with identical content wrapped in interchangeable gift wrap. After I made my move to Rust, the game exploded on Twitch with notable streamers like Pokimane, xQc and Shroud promoting the game. I began with mostly freelance work consisting of some system administration, server development & management, and administration. Most recently, I was employed as an Operations Manager at a large Rust network that averages 500+ players on wipe day and about a 350+ player average daily. My responsibilities include but were not limited to; Overseeing all network staff (approximately thirty-two people), overseeing all network & individual server development, planning & managing staff meetings and so on. Three senior management personnel reported directly to me with reports that include statistical player data & traffic, along with community feedback and staff evaluations. I was to review the data for key performing indicators, expedite pending staff promotions/demotions, and pinpoint key ideas from the community feedback that would be of legitimate benefit to our operation. I've always been driven by my own vision and ideas that I always knew I'd want to build something of my own. This brought me to my most recent decision to resign my position at the network and start my own project.
Objective
I own my server and all the assets that I have purchased for it so far. This server project is intended to be a contender in the 'mainscene' of Rust. The 'mainscene' is a highly competitive cluster of servers that define the competitive clans realm of Rust. Additionally, they are the most popular individual near-vanilla servers on the game. The server I ran operations for was a part of this 'scene''. I have spent $4,104.24 on the project to date. This money was spent on graphics, server hardware, website, system functionality & hardening, plugin development and other miscellaneous items. I am seeking $2,500 for advertising, sponsorships & other media promotion. I have a few content creators who are intrigued by my project and have agreed to promote it. There are also a plethora of premium platforms to advertise the server on. Furthermore, I have made a plan on exactly how I'd spend the money. I am planning to invest another $1,000 myself into the project in the next week or two. I am willing to come to an agreement for the investment of $2,500 with a ROI based or equity % based agreement. I will consider other types of deals/agreements as long as they are realistic and business related.
I am willing to explain my project and showcase it to potential investors that are legitimate.
