RX 590 or GTX 1060

I really have hard time choosing between these two please help

or
GTX 1060 6GB

The 590 is going to perform better than the 1060 by like 10%. If they're the same price, 590 for sure. Between the two, rx 580s are dirt cheap (esp. on the used market) and is equal to the 1060.

If you have a choice between brands:
MSI Armor < Most brands < Sapphire nitro

I once bought an overpriced as fuck gtx 1060 6gb , talking like 2.5x what it's worth and this day I have sworn to hate this one specific card for the rest of my life.

get a 590
