Hello and welcome to my thread.
What is Safeguard?
Safeguard is a licensing system that I theorized years ago, only to take an initiative and bring my vision to life. It is a licensing system that is controllable from the website panel.
What makes it different?
Most of the licensing systems I have seen around have generally the same idea; there is code which verifies the license with a database, which in then allows the plugin to run. If it isn't valid, the plugin will internally turn off.
See, the problem with this is, someone who knows how to decompile a plugin is able to enter in and spoof, and or modify the code in order to remove the basic checks, making the system useless.
Safeguard makes the plugin.jar file which is distributed to clients unusable without verifying it. No, it does not just disable the plugin. The system injects a library into the plugin on start-up allowing it to function properly which is ran in the memory. The injected code isn't accessible by any easy means and is wiped off the server as soon as it's shut down.
How does it work for plugin developers?
The plan is in order to use the system for your plugin, you'll pay a set-up fee. You would have a Author account set-up on the web panel where you can create users (which would be people who you are distributing licenses to, aka. customers) and easily add and remove licenses. Detailed logs are registered during every interaction of the verification process, so you can easily spot someone who is attempting to tamper with the system.
You can delete licenses, or just lock them if you want temporary access revoked.

What I'm looking for
I'm looking for around 2 individuals who would like to try this out. We would work together to install the system into your plugin which we can try out on a small sample size.
Did I mention this would be FREEEEEEEEEE?
Please reply if you are interested.
