Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies and tactics to drive sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to the sales team, and managing the overall budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to increase sales volume
• Manage the overall budget for the sales team
• Set individual goals for each member of the sales team
• Monitor performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, close rates, average order size, etc.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the sales team on a regular basis
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, partners, etc.

Requirements
You need to be at least 16+ to apply for this position
Experience is not necessary as long you have the drive and ideas to continue.

Payment
Payment is based on sales your generating. For every client you will get 10% of the income. And will increase per 15 clients with a agreed percentage.
You will get access to 16GB RAM of any game and retain that for the whole employment period
