looking to be a sales rep and earn at least 10% commission.

Do you have any previous experience? If so can you provide some? Why would someone give you 10% of what they make if they can find their own clients? Also, the lack of effort put into this thread shows the amount of effort you will put into being a sales rep.

If they get their own clients they wont come to me will they lol.
The way I see it, nothing matters if you get orders. All people want is money.
