Our Sales Reps work when they want, but should always strive to be the best they can be!
At NewWay, we support all our staff to achieve their personal goals, Sales reps are no different, we'll help you develop your skills and to get where you want to be, with the ability to move up in the company always on the horizon!
Sales reps will be paid on a fixed rate. with a starting rate of £1 per sale. This rate will only increase as your performance improves! Each week you will get a one-to-one performance review with a member of management who will decide to award you a rate increase or a bonus!
Your performance is critical remaining in this role, there are no required amount of hours per week and they are not logged either. However your sales figure is the main thing we'll look at when we consider your performance, amongst other things.
You will be paid all due amounts each week immediately after your performance review, and so attendance at these is mandatory.
Experience is not essential for this role. As full training will be provided!
