I found this new company Salvun.net a small startup company that hosts websites, VPS's and Dedi's. They have the best costumer support I have ever seen from a hosting company. They really offer a great protection never ever had downtime caused by them or other persons. They have a fully redundant system that they run on their own dedicated servers in a datacenter(they don't resell OVH).
They always try to offer the best price they are able to.
