I'm SaMaGamers, a player who is active on this forum for several weeks. I'm very professional in configuring Minecraft-plugins, and I want to offer you today also.
I started with configuring plugins when I got my first own server started. This server was anything but a success, but it has helped me further to other plugins. I have already worked for a number of servers, including the largest Dutch-language Harry Potter server: Dreamworld.
With me you can especially find two different services: Configuring plugins and improve your Buycraft shop.
It's not intended that you paid a lot to me, very small services do I even for free. What matters is that everyone gets a small price for quality products.

Configurating Plugins
I know of many plugins how you should deal with it, and that is of course a very big advantage. Here you have a list of what I can do for you:

• Custom Mobs (MythicMobs)
  • With this plugin you can create your own mobs
  • You can add skills, mob AIs and much more
  • If you give a detailed description from your mob, I can made it for you
  • Everything is possible, you say it, I make it! (From custom equipment to town guards and more!)

• Special Items (Mythical Artifacts)
  • You can create your own items
  • You can add effects, particles and events
  • Give me a good description from your item and I make it for you
  • Every effect is possible!

• Nice Enchantments (CrazyEnchantments)
  • The plugin let you add enchantments
  • You can add potion effects, damage multpliers, levels and rarity
  • Price: $1 - $5
• Crates (CrazyCrates)
  • I don't use CratesPlus, because it has a limited amount of functions
  • With CrazyCrates, you can add lore, name, commands to run, amount, and much more
  • If you give me a description of your crate(s), I can make it
  • The look of the crate is configurable in the config
  • There are many different looks: Wheel, CSGO, ...

• GUIs (ChestCommands or a premium plugin Hydra)
  • Lovely inventories with configurable commands to run, with enchantments, lore, name, playerheads, ...
  • I can add also normal Minecraft commands, and I can make you equip armour
  • Very customizable
  • If you want that I use the premium plugin, you need to have it. I may not give it for free to you

• Translations/ Messages (Every plugin)
  • I can translate plugins in three languages: English, Dutch and French

• Regions (WorldGuard)
  • WorldGuard allows you to setup different regions with different rules
  • You can add PvP, Block Placing, Messages, ... to every region
• Quests (Quests or BetonQuests)
  • You can choose which plugin you want to use
  • Quests is a good ingame editor
  • BetonQuests is good for files, and conversation quests (RPG)
  • You can add different goals, events and conditions
