I am James from SanctumRP! We are looking for a Server Manager/Developer who can manage/create plugins and overall help the server run great! We are a citylife economy RP Server! Our competitors include Vindex Craft & RCG! We are looking for a server manager with experience creating custom plugins and setting them up and also overall just doing a great job managing the server!
Pay: We are willing to give a cut of the donations around 25% or do a fixed payment of around 50 dollars a month which is really good as our competitors do not pay their server managers at all!
The money is just extra, the main purpose wasnt for money its for people who like communities like this who are interested in a position

So are you looking for a developer or a manager? Because in this post it made it sound like you're looking for a developer at which $50 wouldn't even be enough pay for like 3 hours.
$50 is very low for a developer.
