Sand Stacking Help

Currently on my server, users can cannon obsidian without sand stacking, is there anyone that knows how to fix this so users will require sand when doing to cannon obsidian?

Do you have any plugin, where it would require multiple shots of TNT on the obsidian? - If so, you might have to get a new plugin.

This is a very common bug in most plugins.

When I had a factions server yes,

Fixed it - I just disabled the liquid multiple
