Sapphire hosting is a company that allows you to be able to purchase hosting for a Minecraft Server, or for your website. We have a strict management, we are an entrepreneur’s, not slackers, we take our jobs here very seriously and we work for success, not the failure.
Our top tier rankings are the following:
CEO
COO
CAO
CTO

The current ranks we are specifically looking for are the following:
CAO
Advertisement Manager
Sales Representatives
Support Staff Members

CAO (18 or older)
- CAO, or Chief Administrative Officer, one of our top tier ranking positions working on organization, managing several operations, mainly in direct contact with the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) In some ways the CAO will have times to make large decisions for our company to move forward. We are looking for someone who can professionally take upon
this position.

Advertisement Manager (16 or older)
- This person will be in charge of all advertisement of the company. We will look towards you for our choices of advertisement and what to invest on. You will be held accountable for most advertisement successes and errors, as long as they were operated by you, you will be expected to confer with the CEO before making any decisions.

Sales Representative (14 or older)
- This person will be in charge of selling products to customers. You will be one of our many faces and you will guide customers throughout the company to make sure that they find what they are looking for. You are expected to gather people to be able to purchase products from our stores. You will be held accountable for errors you initiate as well as some you take part in.

Support Staff (14 or older)
- This person will be in charge of the tickets and questions users and clients ask. You will be required to answer questions from "How do I apply? to questions about our company, You will be required to answer and respond to these questions with the highest maturity levels and the Respect to users that we expect.

One:

- If you don’t care then why do you want to know?

But since you asked, here are the flaws you have in that post:

- It wouldn’t be 13yr old, it would be: “13 year old” or “Thirteen year old.”

- “Someone who can’t even capitalize or use commas correctly, which is basic writing, should not be head of a company.” Is wrong here is the correction “Someone who doesn’t know how to properly use punctuation (which is basic knowledge) should not be the head of the company.”

- “clean up you post grammatically” It’s “Your post is a bit messy, try cleaning it up a bit.”

And there are several reasons why someone’s spelling accuracy or punctuation may not be best.

Maturity does not revolve around if someone can use the right “your” if someone is competent enough to understand the responsibilities of their role then I 100% believe that they know what they are doing.

Okay. What I am understanding is:

You spent so long trying to tear apart my post yet you showed nothing. Please stop. Nothing will come from this as you've clearly shown nothing.

Also, wording something like:

Doesn't work too well. Try: "Your grammar is not up to par either." Due to the way you wrote your post, it came across as a double-take. Meaning I had to read it again to make sure nothing is wrong. It sounds awful in my head.

I never said the comma didn’t work, it isnt proper. If you are going to say something that is related to the subject that but wouldn’t make sence you put it in brackets.

I also put your words in a nicer form because it makes you look like your giving criticism, not just talking shit.

I’m not sure what your problem is but “Your grammar is a lot worse than his.” Is still correct, I don’t see your point in pointing that out.
